"My" subcontractors who also work for A.S.K. have no problems with them.  Since I don't work for them directly myself (anymore), I can't comment on the bad communication, but again, my friends and co-workers who DO work for them, have had few detrimental comments.  There are always issues, but I know some people have issues with Argent!  It's just what happens when you have a lot of work coming in from a lot of different places (and some of THEM don't communicate well with US, so it all rolls downhill).

 Bottom line, I would work for them again if they asked me to.  I never had payment issues and only the usual amount of communication problems with any big company.
