Source of Title Forums: Re: Email about Title Searcher From India

Since I can't imagine anyone acutally hiring them to do title work, I guess missing docs, or missing probates, or missing deeds, or missing easements, or missing mortgages or really anything else doesn't matter. What is odd is that they sent this email out expecting ANY sort of positive response.
