Unfortunately we sometimes have to put up with this time consuming BS, mainly from people who do not have a clue about what we do.  Hopefully this industry will get stabilized and we will be able to customize our client list.  Glad to hear you figured out an alternitive that should help speed things up a bit. I do feel like there is a lot of fear since the last bubble burst and some companies who managed to survive are now being overly cautious which translates in extra work for us--as though the last melt down was our fault.
