I had a good laugh over this one.
Retired 4 years now from a 50 year go at Title Insurance and Abstracting, I would NEVER recommend to anyone that they become an Abstractor. It's a headache, and a great burden of responsibility.
Some folks my like reading name lists all day long. If you do your work at the court house there may be the frustration of access to a computer or microfilm reader. There is also constant noise of the machines and people coming and going. And then there may be a long drive home when your head is already dulled from the day's work, and the phone calls that interrupted your concentration.
Stay with the Real Estate Sales Teresa. You got it good.
