Thank you friend.  I thought I was hollering into an empty box here.  No replies?

IF they weren't already a client (I've done work for ONE agent there who is pretty prolific for one person) I would NEVER have considered it.  She alone was able to change their payments to meet my needsfor the past year+ but on a grander scale, company-wide, they couldn't.  Having spoken to the managing partner, we surprisingly had a meeting of the minds (brilliant ones of course)... actually set a "how long before we decide it's dead" time and if it comes to life it's paid, scalable premium depending on close ratio that we can revisit every 90 days (they'll trust I'm being honest with my numbers), etc.  I have to trust they're being honest about what's closing and from past experience with them, I have no reason to think otherwise.  We had a major clusterF of an accounting problem mid 2012 and they pretty much took my word on what hadn't been paid and what had and got it straight quickly.

I don't squawk on here about every little unpaid invoice.  I do however post when I've had repeated bad behaviors from a client (see Limestone Title, Justice Title) so IF after this doesn't work the way it's supposed to and we can't seem to resolve it... everyone who's ignoring this post will later know who I'm talking about.  Thanks Michelle
