David,
Thank you for noticing our product. We are indeed very unique in what we do. No one else has this product.
To address a few points that you raised:
1. Nationwide documents can still be used in a local court as a certified copies from any registry nationwide. It does not bring a huge difference to a case on were the robo signed documents came from.
2. List of Borrower for the case. If you wanted to generate a list of borrowers based on robo-signed documents within a county its a good information for mass tort case (possibly federal court), however if you would like to use it in an individual foreclosure case as evidence, you may need consent of the homeowners on your list to use their assignment or any other related documents in the case. This is why Recorders may have issues with carries law suits against MERS or Servicers engaged in Robo-signing, as the evidence is an assignment for borrower's property. See our page: http://www.protitleusa.com/robosigner_home.aspx
3. Our CEO, Alex Goldovsky, tell me that Robo-signing should be utilized along side with Securitization research, as both go hand in hand. We actually offer securitization search as well. http://www.protitleusa.com/litigationsupport.aspx. He also mentioned that if Abstracting community would like to set up an education Webinar, he will be more than happy to present on Robo-signers, invalid notaries and securitization. If you think we can get enough interest, I will try to arrange that.
4. We also offered our services pro-bono to Nancy Becker, Montgomery County recorder, in her lawsuit with MERS.
Thank you once again,
Stacie / ProTitleUSA
