This is another prime example of throwing out the baby with the water. I myself, have been a consult for attorneys' for THE FUND and have told their underwriters they are doomed for many problems due to the lack of experience their insured agents do not have a enough knowledge or experience to what they are doing. And the most dreaded fear for me now as always is the use of outsourcing work to other countries. We are reaping the awards now for these mistakes that many, such as myself, know of the shortcuts in training and/or "going the cheap route". All choices whether they be good or bad all come with a price and some are too much to bear and also incur far reaching consequences.

Be very careful with each and every search as lives can be at stake and never forget that.
