Cheap inaccurate searches can be found in counties that are offline too. I've seen the clueless kids working in the counties getting paid fast food wages. I've performed plenty of searches behind kids like this.
And we all pay for it, through higher e/o rates, lower search fees to remain competative, and longer search times as the searches become messier and messier.
I strongly believe that we need some sort of licensing to perform searches. Something similiar to what appraisers have to do in Ohio. College hours + pass test + 2000 hours worked as apprentice before you can sign off on your own.
