I have worked for Corelogic for about 15 years.  I did have problems getting them to pay the right amount for copies.  I started making copies of the county receipt and I haven't had a problem since.  I used to send them a statement every month, but have found that sending an invoice with each order gets me paid much sooner.  Hope this helps.
