We recently started working for this company and they only problem we have had so far is that they sent the first 2 checks in the wrong name, but they quickly resolved the problem.
What I understand it to say is that they may believe that you didn't go to the court house directly to get the copies? But still, why pay for one page and not the other, it's only a dollar.
