I made it very clear in responding to an email requesting searches in 5 different counties....that we only covered 2 of them.

I made it very clear that we only went to 3 of the courts ... out of the 16 listed in the request.

I made it very clear that both we, and the courts charge Per Name / Per Aka / Per Court Division in each type of court. (Superior / District)... i.e.  Civil Division is one charge... Criminal Division is another charge, and the courts also charge accordingly.

I also made it clear in my response to indicate what copies they required on hits....of course nothing on the order indicating that.

I also followed our company policy of formatting our response as I have above.... using no more then 2 sentences in each thought process for easy comprehension.

So.... I get an email in response to mine..... ordering searches for 4 different names... in 5 counties.... 16 courts.... and aka's out the kazoo.....

.....or I inform someone that I don't cover a particular county that is an 8 hour drive from here ..... and what do I get..... a RUSH order for that county.... which again I reply to with a "Refusal of Request".... and then answer a phone call.... "When am I going to get the results?"

These are stateside companies with no connection to our Foreign Entities.
