It appears that Mark W. Crouch, LLC is a law firm in either Eatonton or Cumming, GA.  Googling shows him in both towns; although the GA Bar has him in Cumming, GA.  You do have the protection of the GA Bar for collection purposes. 

I have had to do this on occasion.  I checked the GA Bar website, and he is located in Cumming, GA.  The GA Bar may be contacted at:
