They gave us a few orders here and there from 2010 until September of 2012.  It looks like they still haven't paid for the order we did in September, but I don't have any of our usual flags in place in our system.  Bookkeeper may be on this.  I also show several times we put an order on "hold" waiting for approval on a fee upgrade that never came through.  In other words, they wanted a 1 owner search that turned into a 40, but wouldn't pay for the 40 once we gave them a price.

I'd give them a chance, but keep them on a short leash until they prove themselves.  Just my 2 cents!  As I said, I don't have anything detrimental about them in our tracking program, but I see a couple of warning signs.
