Wayne is right. We've all been burned by companies within the US who want us to work for nothing and who don't pay timely, in full or at all, but at least, theoretically, you can go to court and try to collect. Try that with foreign concern and see where that gets you. You really have to be a masochist to put yourself in that position, and you'd have to be insane to agree to do it for completely substandard rates on top of it. Just my opinion. YMMV
