They screwed me as well... to the tune of over $6000... in the course of two months. It was bad risk, but I suppose we all have one time to time. I have an attorney working on finding out how and if I can sue. I believe it was solely owned and not incorporated. I am planning to place a lien against property if I can acquire the owner's actual name. They sent me two checks at first so I was under the impression that it would be fine. I believe you are correct that they are gone as far as the title world is considered
