Thank you, John! I will search for this post when my insurance expires and be sure to mention your name. I have been very happy with my insurance carrier, but the price is getting downright depressing ($8,000 this year and never had a claim). I will also spread the word to the abstractors in the Argent network and make sure they give you credit should they contact Fox Point.
