I came across this post today, I am not very active on this Forum. I think there has been a misunderstanding of our business proposal and I have also responded to your counter proposal stating we do Title Searchers for our customers and we do it in-house, we don’t sub outsource our work or engage in a counter proposal.

I was proposing that we do title searchers for your company and we wanted to know if you need any assistance in the areas we cover and the pricing is for the online counties in the list I had sent you.

I apologize for the confusion, however our pricing holds good for all the online counties we do at this time and we revise our pricing based on the volume; higher the volume, lower the price (without compromising on the quality and turn time).
