Just to give an update....we did our first order for Warnn & Smith on Friday.  It was a PMM search and they offered to pay us more upfront because they knew it was old, which is amazing.  I received an email today stating that payment for the search was going out in the mail today.  Provided that check actually comes (not sure why they would send an unsolicited email if they weren't actually sending it) this company seems to be legit and more than easy to deal with.
