Smitty is right.  You have to tweek your forms, usually depending on the state your in.  I've had to do that now that we're in Wisconsin as well as Michigan.  (Michigan's property tax situation is totally crazy compared to the rest of the country.)  I have some heavy duty disclaimers on my forms, mostly because of how we do things in Michigan.  Some of them were removed for Wisconsin.  I will send copies to you.  Feel free to plagiarize if you want.
