I have worked with them for quite some time. They are high maintenance and more demanding than any client I have ever worked with in my 30 years, but they order consistently and pay quickly. The people I have dealt with, other than their title reviewers who seem to be lacking in training and understanding, have been very professional. Eventually I hope those in need of training can be brought along.
The only real problem, in my view, is their report card grading system, an issue mentioned earlier. I have written them many times to try to correct the inaccuracies or even to find out what it is they are saying I may have done wrong so I can correct it or learn, and have never received a response. The report does not state the case number or the issue. Typically the exceptions their reviewer asks for are invalid, such as a copy that was indeed provided, tax info that was provided or is otherwise not available. or something else which frankly makes little sense and displays their lack of experience. I correct or provide whatever they want immediately, usually noting it was provided and ask it to not affect my grade, but I have never, ever had a response. Everything I send is tightly proofed to try to get it 100% right the first time. These monthly reports are frustrating. They do need to address this to not alienate good examiners.
Overall they are a good client. Sometimes we have to work harder to take care of a client and provide them with what they feel they need. In the end, it is all needed money in the door.
