I spoke with Trish and she advised me that the department that she works in did not agree with the Report Cards.  She suggested emailing all of your complaints directly in response to the report card.  Hopefully they will adjust their system to fix the many errors.  She was able to adjust some things from her end, so I would suggest calling her or anyone else you may have as a contact.
