In response to the original question, I find the worksheet to be fairly easy. It requires less typing than my own. No color printer is needed, just Adobe Pro.

The grading system is very disheartening. I believe I do a good, thorough job the first time. Their auditors however, do seem to lack training and understanding, often asking for documents that were already provided. I believe their mistakes and ignorance unfairly hurt my grade.

Altisouce is high demand, high maintenance, more than any client I have ever worked for in my 30 years, but they order consistently and pay promptly by direct deposit. My personal interactions with them have been positive. We are all just trying to do our job and keep money coming in the door. As long as they continue to uphold their end, I will do what is needed to take care of a good, though high maintenance, client.
