We're meticulous and we got a D despite our no-error rate, our turn-time being excellent. As did our fellow NJ people (and shut up, we're about the fastest around and i'm anal).

We haven't gotten a score in ages thankfully because I was sending b1tchful emails. You can't do a crappy REO full (in PA it's 60 years) and expect it back in 48.  Not to mention they recognize NO American holidays there...
