I agree with you, Tamara. I enjoy working with Altisource, but this rating system punishes you for doing good work. Your POOR rating is due to the COMBINED turnaround time of your reports, not the AVERAGE turnaround time. With this rating system, prolific searchers will always score POOR.
Currently, my most common rejection is due to the reviewers requesting a document I've already uploaded. This is especially problematic with Convert-to-Full reports when the reviewer does not know that the copies are uploaded in the original report. The next most common "mistake" is not including documents which I've noted as unavailable, such as very old foreclosure documents. Other reviewers believe that the title searchers, not the county set the cover date, and that it must be less than a month old. One rejection was because the names of the assignees were "too long."
We are not only responsible for our own mistakes, but for the mistakes of the reviewers.
The reputation of one's many years of good title work can be ruined by a newly hired data entry technician's errors, and the blind computer program cannot account for this without Altisource hiring a full-time employee whose sole job would be to handle contested rejections.
