I enjoy working for the company, as I've been doing it for about 4 years now. I think the problem lies with their auditors. I can't count how many times I'll get a reponse asking for an item several times and each time telling them it's in the copies and I even provide the page # in the report. Between 4/19/2013 and 6/1/2013 I personally performed over 300 searches and this is the very first time I received a POOR...and I take responsibility for the items truly missed but it's very low so the POOR I received is very disappointing to say the least
