The name of your research contact is on every order. I have had the same issue in the past, and I called her. She had their IT fix it, and it has worked ever since. I don't understand the issues people have with CoreLogic. I know there are a lot of different offices, but they have standard policies. The only problem with getting paid for copies is, don't give them anything they didn't specifically ask for. Their directions are very precise, and they mean what they say. I get paid almost immediately upon submitting an invoice to them.
Good luck with your portal problem. Oh, and a fax machine is really helpful in times like these. CoreLogic has no problem getting their searches by fax.
