No, because the trustee isn’t technically the person holding title. The office of trustee (or any fiduciary, for that matter) is simply a ministerial position; the Trust is the actual entity holding title. Furthermore, most trust agreements contain clauses dealing with contingencies which occur as a result of death or incapacity of a trustee. At least that would be my analysis.
