The clerks in most county ROD's are overworked, must pay attention to small details,

handle money for most transactions (recordings), and often deal with local property

owners seeking information that they know very little, or nothing about.  If abstractors

treat them politely and reasonably I have found most to be great people.  They want the

records in their offices to be correct and up to date.

As to the people sending us orders, some of them are super and then some are

there with no knowledge of what the business end is like out here in the counties.
