The problem with a lot of these clients is getting paid for the copies. It's like pulling teeth sometimes. Well, pulling teeth might be easier. Especially these clients that want full copies of complaints, and foreclosure documents. Those aren't free, but they act like they are. I agree the flat fee can go both ways indeed, but I'm tempted to go that way.
