Well said Nils.   Today it seems way to many have come to rely on the email, or other forms

of communications that do not force the person you want the answer from to have to answer.

If you have them on the phone, it puts a greater pressure on them to answer, and you can often tell by the "tone of the answer" if you are being lied to.
