I just wanted to give everyone an update in case you are still waiting for a payment from Debby Ganoe at M&M Abstracting.  She finally contacted me after this post in August and I offered to make payment arrangements with her.  When she finally sent me a payment in October (over 2 months later) it was an American Express check that you need a written authorization code on the check in order to cash.  She sent me an email to tell me when I received the check to be sure to email her for the code.  Of course she never gave me the code, so the check is no good.  I wrote her several times to follow up and notified her I would be posting an update on Source of Title.  I was hoping to have good news for everyone that she still owes - that everyone she owes might eventually be paid.  I am sorry to say that it doesn't look likely...  She still owes us $441.00.  I guess I should be grateful it is not more...
