This outfit has been trying for years to get abstractors in our area...North of Albany...to work for them ...and, like you said...for a big $25.00 per search...and it's a super rush...Nobody up here will work for them...If anyone does, they've gotta be desperate...or a really bad searcher...They are out of the NYC area..and I can't remember the name either...
