handwritten conveyance forms get rejected in Lorain County, Ohio.  They have to be typed.  They cannot be filled in by pen. Therefore, if they are not sent correctly, we have to re-type them, this is why the extra charge of $5.  I had to threaten it, but my client finally figured it out and sent only typed ones.
