I think the issue is the use of Phoenix being  "just about the same name" as your company.

Being in this business, I have learned to look at the "complete" name of a business or the person whom I may be doing a search on.   How may "Phoenix" business names are there in the U.S.?

I don't think most would give a rip about a discussion wherein the complete name and CITY of

the business is detailed.
