LOL, "now that you have my attention". I guess it would be the first time since we haven't heard from you in over a year. You check has been sent today. Although, the claims that you made about sending invoices are completely false. Everyone here checked their emails and no one has any records of receiving invoices from your company...ever. Unless you were using a different email address or name, we simply don't have any record of emails from you. Per your claim that you emailed me on the 22nd;  I was out town on the 22nd and I did not receive any emails from you then, in fact you should have received an out of office reply from me if you did send it. The first and only email I received from you was when I emailed you privately about your post here on SOT asking you to send invoices. I also searched Marcy's email for any invoices going back to 2011 from you...nothing. If you have a "record" of us reading your emails on the dates you mentioned I would be very interested in seeing them. As that would be disturbing to me that we are missing emails from vendors and possible clients. So to your claims that you sent invoices with every order and sent invoices, emails and phone calls, it's just not truthful.

I have had clients go out of business and I still honor the paying of our abstractors even when I'm losing money. That's how we do business. I'm sorry that it had to come to this, which is still confusing to me. Your check has been cut and sent out today.
