Clients are requesting O&G more and more as part of a current owner. Its a ridiculus request. O&G rights are an entirely different search. I personally do not do them and my form states that along with the time frame I searched.

I had to chuckle to myself when I read your line about doing o/g work in PA.  I can only imagine. To say its different is an understatement. As far as clients go, they are always looking to get more for less. I feel we need to stick to our search standards and pricing for the specified services.
