Here in Michigan, they (the city fathers and mothers) get a federal grant (our tax money) to

improve the city, and the first thing they do in Battle Creek, MI is to buy up all the tax forclosed

properties in a bundle that the County Trea. has locked together so others cannot out bid the

city, then fire up the bulldozers and building knock down eqpt..

Dog gone shame people have to be put out in street so city fathers can get a new parking lot,

or worse yet  a lot they want to build a high priced home on that none of the "displaced" people

can afford.  Sorry, I forgot they find some "Obama money" to help the homeless finance up to

102 percent of the purchase of a new home which will never get paid for.  Real community improvement with out tax dollars.
