Gosh, we just started with them a few months ago, none of those kinds of problems....payment is fine (2 to 3 weeks out before we receive our check, after we send a monthly invoice), no they don't ask us to just get older documents etc., we do different searches for them as well as Document Retrieval. If it costs you more, just let them know, they will either give you the heads up "no", cancel or give you the yes, client approved. We don't work for a loss. Sorry to hear all that, but no problems working with them at all. (well maybe "yet")
