I have done work for a company with similar circumstances as yourself. They could not pay their vendors because "their" clients were not paying them. They also were in business for many many years. Business management 101 states you should have a significant cushion (accounts payable) to pay your vendors....these are the people you count on to make your business what it is.....we are not to be put on the back burner so you and your employees get paid 1st....you don't rely on PETER to pay PAUL....good way to lose your business fast....I stay away from companies like this....because the company i just refered to earlier.....they went out of business and shut down. They owed their vendors thousand and thousands of dollars because they relied solely on their clients to pay their vendors.....they had no cushion.
