"that are too old for online files" means that what they can't get online they have us get the information or copies of documents for them....etc....They won't order a search....they will just have us get documents for them while they collect the money for the search and we collect money for document retrieval.....I always turn down document retrieval requests from clients because it is always for older documents that can't be obtained online...and I know that they are doing searches to a point where they can't go any furthur and then they have to ask the independents.
