ditto. ditto. ditto. exactly same rant I've had for the last few years. there is so much "merging" with companies you can't tell who is who anymore. very few people that call have the same name as the check that comes in. and don't ever move or change your address because things will be lost for at least 12 months down the road. our industry is so broken. this years E and O quote, $5000.00. running a real estate company with 4 agents, $895.00 a year???
