We stopped doing their work. It is really bad work and they order copies of everything, then cancel the search when you give them a copy count and fee. Had it happen twice in 2 weeks and it cost us $400.00. Since we would only get something every couple of months and never more than $250.00 in a month....it was a bad bet to continue doing the work.
