i did work for this company's quakertown office for years.  in spring of this year they transitioned over to the cleveland office. the new system operates under "auto-pay" for a pre-determined search fee, and  separate billing for copies.

i could see right away this was not going to be good. you can't give "one price fits all" pricing for title work. every search is different and needs to be charged for accordingly. and copies should be paid for with the search

i decided not to make the move over to doing work for the cleveland office. while i hated to give the work up it is not worth the hassle of arguing about pricing and fighting to collect copy money. my colleagues who work for them deal with this on a regular basis. glad i got out when i did.
