We get asked for a lot of ridiculous things in PA too.  I can tell they have hired a new village there because we're back to screaming back in all caps after the fourth request on something they either have, is spelled out on the report or is not available.  (when they threaten to not pay because they have some new uneducated "processor" asking repeatedly for the same thing I've explained three other times, I get fed up. I'd never deal with another client that way)
