That document is of public record, it's not recorded in official records but you can get it. I guess I believe in the old fashioned give the client what they ask for...but charge for it. I understand that you're not from Florida so that's why I was referencing that it was horrible advice for a Florida abstractor to take. It would be like me telling a PA abstractor what documents to get for a search...I don't know what's available up there. That was news to me about DC....I'd never heard that, see you educated me about PA law.
