First, my apologies to Frontier Abstract and Vanguard Research & Title Services, in addition to the other reputable title and research firms in and around the Syracuse area.

My recent comment on this site, which was poorly presented, was not meant to taint the reputable firms. They were meant to instill researchers to thoroughly check out a prospective client. Instead they jump on board, run up a bill with the new client, and then are shocked that they can’t get paid.

If they had done their homework they would have avoided many of the companies constantly being posted as “No Pay” on Source of Title, and on Abstractor Watchdog. When they can’t get paid they jump on both sites with the “woe is me” scenario and the “soap opera” begins. The constant Soap Opera on the same companies over and over again, is not what this site is all about, or intended for.

I will now refrain from any more comments on this subject, as I will no longer post or respond to any other postings on this site for some time. I am going to sit back, read, enjoy the entertainment and learn from meaningful postings.
