Insulting indeed! My favorite, "If we do not settle, you will not get paid"  I have been an abstractor for 20 years and the average price for a full title was $120 back then. We are a industry where title companies refuse to pay for the cost of inflation.  Many still refuse to pay anything over that amount and still want a 24 hr turn around. A full title in 2013 should cost 3x if not more the cost it did 20 yrs ago.  Its insulting that outsourcing  and others will provide a full for $45 or less because it continues to set our side of the industry back. So far I have found that many of the people that offer these extremely low rates are not experienced abstractors such as outsourcing. And 8 years experience in typing does not convince me you know the ins and outs of each individual county. Insulting!
