Who the hell is working for these prices? $15 for a full search? Does that include a commercial property? If your are accepting these low rates for your work you are essentially running a charity.
The potential liability on any search justifies asking a lot more than $15. These prices do not even pay you the value of your time spent reviewing possibly hundreds of deeds in a full search.
