I 100% agree with you.  Imagine doing a Charles Johnson (no middle initial) for 8 dollars for a current owner, anywhere in Maryland.  It's ridiculous.

 I have been getting a lot of ETA and QUOTE for ground rent leases in Baltimore City.  Evidently, they don't know how to search the indexes.  Hell, searching indexes in Montgomery County is sometimes still a challenge for me and I have been doing it for over 20 yrs. 

 

This crap needs to stop.  I have been reading all of  Source of Title discussions and just havent said anything til now.  Work has slowed down to almost nothing lately.
