I wish I had more time to write - it has been a while since I posted a new blog. I keep hoping I'll get caught up and find the time to get back into it, but I just keep getting busier and busier. The law firm will have a new associate soon, and I'm hoping that helps!

Glad you find the information useful. I created Source of Title about 20 years ago with the hope that more abstractors would share information and learn from each other. As a wise friend likes to remind me, "the title search is the foundation for everything we do in the title industry." We need good title examiners and abstractors!
